Full Autos now legal???
http://www.thegunsource.com/Content....egunsource.com
TGSCOM is very excited to announce: That NFA laws have been repealed through a long standing court battle in the 7th US Circuit Court. The president of TGSCOM had sued the federal government on the grounds that the NFA law violated the Second Amendment of the Constitution. After heated and lengthy oral arguments, TGSCOM is now able to sell fully automatic weapons to the general public without tax stamps and the additional background check. The one stipulation to the agreement is that fully automatic rifles will be treated like handguns in that they will require a purchaser of 21 and older, the firearm must be transferred in the state of their residence (same as handguns) and that the buyer must submit to all regulations in the state of their residence. What this means for you: We will now be adding a limited number of fully automatic firearms to our inventory. They will be sold on a first come first served basis. The benefit is that not only can you own them, but they do not have the $20,000 price tag they normally do. California residents: Since this ruling is so new, there are no restrictions for California residents. Bet on the fact that they will be up to speed very quickly with reducing your Constitutional rights so take full advantage while you can! |

Re: Full Autos now legal???
I'm not so sure that this is April Fools joke... that site seems legit, but very slow. I don't know anything about it and never heard anything about it until today. I don't know?!? but a glock 18 or mp5 would be nice

Re: Full Autos now legal???
Sounds like maybe their website was hacked for April Fools. If this news was true, you would find the news easy on the net.

Re: Full Autos now legal???
I forward the link to the feds, and asked them if it's legal now to buy automatic weapons without a tax stamp. Will see if I get a response.

Re: Full Autos now legal???
I PHYSICALLY TALKED TO BOTH THE FBI AND THE ATF AND THEY ASSURED ME IT WAS AN APRIL FOOLS TYPE THING.
If not, they said they were pretty sure they would have heard about it. Well, duh. Maybe. Maybe not. This type of news flys through the gun culture, yet the law enforcement folks always seem to be a day late and a dollar short. |
Re: Full Autos now legal???
Yeah their website now says at the bottom that it was an April Fools Joke. Not in very good taste I might add. For that matter, probably not too bright. I wonder how much they got harassed on the phone and/or in person about it.

Re: Full Autos now legal???
Trust me, they didn't get harrassed by phone calls.
The took their phone off the hook yesterday. It was busy all day. Even AFTER they were closed. You figure it out. |
Re: Full Autos now legal???
Maybe, but that means they weren't able to take legitimate orders and most likely alienated some legitimate customers......NOT a very smart marketing plan.
|
Re: Full Autos now legal???
It got them traffic, I will admit I fell for it.... now, I didn't go order anything, but I was like.... how did I not know this?
